CRUISING: ‘Polar Bear Cruise’ – Palatine
You may recall that on Super Bowl Sunday, instead of preparing for the big game, we tagged along with the Bare Bones Car Club for their 7th annual Polar Bear Cruise. Things kicked off at a parking lot in Elgin, IL and from there the 60+ vehicles cruised to Foreign Car Rebuilders, in Palatine, Il. Shop owner, Milo Iglesias, opened his doors and welcomed the hot rodders in for a time of catching up, seeing current projects, food and beverage refreshment and a chance to admire the old iron parked outside.
