CRUISE NIGHT: Elk Grove Village Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ

The cruise night at Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ was hampered due to threatening dark clouds.

Despite a Chicagoland morning of blue skies and sun, by early Thursday evening, the sky had turned dark and threatening. That didn’t stop the die-hards from cruising over to one of the earliest-starting cruise nights of the season, held at the Elk Grove Village Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque restaurant. The event takes place on thRain didn't stop cars like this Shelby Cobra from coming to the cruise. e first and third Thursday night of each summer month and runs from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. BGV Motorsports is the crew responsible for putting it on.

Last night K-Hits 104.3 was onsite spinning up some great tunes and Clearbrook was passing out information and taking donations.

We’re look forward to the next cruise held here – May 17th – and hope that the rain, lightning and thunder will hold off so we’ll see nothing but a parking lot jammed full of even more four-wheeled cruising machines.
