CRUISE NIGHT: Palatine Culver’s

As we saw with the Sweet Baby Ray’s cruise night, it takes a lot to scare off the area classic car enthusiasts. That repeated itself at the Palatine Culver’s cruise night as rain clouds billowed fast and drops began to fall.
Now in its second year, the event is held once again at the former Menard’s parking lot at 1775 North Rand road. Dozens of cars and spectators rolled in while Monster Boom Box provided all our favorite yesteryear music. The weekly cruise night runs through October 1st so we’ll look forward to many more Friday nights strolling the lot checking out the classic machines.
Threat of rain didn’t keep this Mustang away.
